Fez creator Phil Fish says failing to pay game publishers ad revenue made from lets plays is piracy

    According to GameSpot, Phil Fish, creator of Fez, recently posted on twitter

    He later tweeted

    Phil Fish appears to have since deleted his Twitter account. Phil Fish was planning on releasing a sequel to Fez, but canceled it back in July, 2013 after an argument on Twitter.

    I disagree with this. I've seen Indie developers who love when their games get publicity via a large YouTube channel. It makes the game popular and thus increases the sales. Watching someone play a game isn't the same as playing the game for yourself. And Phil Fish would be the only one who compares this to piracy; he's a man child.
