Arceus Info
Arceus's Multitype ability allows it to change types depending on which plate it is holding. If no plate is held Arceus will be a Normal type. Plates cannot be tricked, stolen, knocked off, or otherwise removed during battle. Arceus's ability also cannot be swapped, traced, or otherwise removed.
Arceus's signiture attack, Judgment changes depending on the type, so Arceus will always receive 50% STAB (Same Type Attack Bonus) when using Judgment. The plates give an additional 20% power bonus to attacks using their corresponding type. For example, while using the Draco Plate, Dragon moves will be increased by an additional 20%, which along with STAB provides a total boost of 80%.
Above is each Arceus, with the moveset adjusted depending on the type. For example, the Ghost type Arceus makes good use of Shadow Force, so it is high on the moves list. On ground type Arceus, Earth Power is outclassed by Judgment, so it isn't on the list.
The typing of Arceus has no affect on tier (all forms are uber), stats (all forms have 120 points in every base stat, for a base stat total of 720), moves learned (with the exception of Draco Meteor for Dragon type, which is retained when Arceus changes type etc.
